Editorial Policy

Bitget Nine is an independent crypto information and sharing site covering Bitget news, tutorials, copy trading guides, exchange comparisons, and market notes. It is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Bitget. This policy applies to English articles and French translations.

1. Source Policy

Factual articles must be grounded in verifiable sources. For product details, fees, listings, account terms, security notices, and regulatory changes, we use official Bitget pages, exchange notices, regulator statements, audited on-chain data, or established market data providers whenever available. News articles may also use reputable secondary reporting, but only to add context or when the primary source is not directly available.

  • When a source is online, we link it near the relevant claim or in a source list.
  • Direct quotations are short, attributed, and clearly marked as quotations.
  • Full paragraphs are not copied. We summarize, paraphrase, or compare sources, and we credit the original when the information is not common knowledge.
  • Prices, fees, volumes, dates, token details, and product features include the effective date or data timestamp.
  • Unverified community claims are labeled as unconfirmed or omitted.

2. AI-Assisted Writing: Scope and Limits

AI tools may be used to create outlines, draft summaries, improve readability, suggest headings, detect duplicate wording, and produce French translations. AI is not treated as an independent source of fact.

  • AI-assisted drafts require human verification of all facts, numbers, quotes, links, and product claims.
  • AI must not invent data, quotes, dates, fees, URLs, token names, testimonials, or regulatory positions.
  • AI may not produce investment advice, profit promises, or content that implies Bitget Nine is an official Bitget channel.
  • French translations are reviewed by a human editor before publication to preserve accuracy and terminology.
  • A human editor must approve the final version before it is published.

3. Human Review Rules

Every article is checked by a designated editor before publication. Market notes, fee changes, security warnings, legal or tax topics, and product comparisons receive an additional review when they include numbers or claims that could affect user decisions.

Content is returned for revision or rejected if it contains:

  • Missing, outdated, or unverifiable sources for key facts.
  • Copied paragraphs, close paraphrasing without credit, or unattributed quotations.
  • Invented statistics, AI-generated details without evidence, or rumors presented as fact.
  • Investment advice, guaranteed returns, profit promises, or pressure to trade.
  • Impersonation of Bitget, misleading branding, or failure to state that the site is independent.
  • Broken links, unclear timestamps, or missing risk disclosures.

4. Corrections and Reader Feedback

Readers can report errors through the contact page. Please include the article URL, the specific sentence or claim, the reason it appears wrong, and a reliable source if available.

  • We acknowledge most correction requests within 2 business days.
  • We review and respond within 5 to 10 business days, depending on complexity.
  • If a factual error is confirmed, we update the article as soon as possible: usually within 24 hours for material errors and within 48 hours for minor errors.
  • Corrections are noted at the end of the article with the date and a short description of the change.
  • If a headline, price, fee, date, or product feature was wrong, the update is marked clearly near the top or with an Updated on [date] note.
  • If an article cannot be corrected safely or fairly, it may be unpublished or replaced with a notice.

Risk and Responsibility Note

Articles are for information and education only. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Crypto markets and products can change quickly, and trading involves risk of loss. Bitget services may not be available in all regions. Readers should verify official terms, current fees, eligibility rules, and local laws before making decisions.
