Feedback Categories
- Corrections: factual errors, outdated links, misleading screenshots, incorrect figures or misattributed claims. Include the page title and a short description of the issue.
- Story tips: new Bitget-related news, product changes, security notices, market developments or reader observations that may deserve coverage.
- Copyright / intellectual property: unauthorized use of text, images, charts or other protected material. Identify the work, the rights holder and the page where it appears.

Response Times & Priority
Corrections and copyright notices are treated as high priority and are normally reviewed within one to two business days after posting, with follow-up within three to five business days if more information is needed. Story tips and editorial feedback are reviewed on a weekly editorial cycle, usually within three to seven business days. Market note feedback may take longer when external data sources must be checked.
